Very impressed! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We went to look at a 2nd hand car on Easter Monday, and were allowed a test drive on the spot (following some checks). We decided to buy the car and the garage carried out an excellent service within a few days, replacing some parts that had been picked up on the recent MOT. Also great to have the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. The car looked brand new on pick up.

Excellent Service Excellent service from beginning to end. This was our 3rd purchase from Dover Garage in Ash because we have always been happy with, not only Kia vehicles, but also the excellent service that this dealership provides during purchase and aftercare. Which is why we are extremely disappointed to learn that they have been forced to drop their link with Kia, who wanted them to move premises. Whether we remain Kia customers in the future remains to be seen.

Top marks, 1st class service I booked a test drive after finding the used vehicle I was interested in on the Kia official web site. I travelled 60 miles to see the car and was greeted at the door by the salesman Ben Harvey with the immediate question "would I like a coffee". A warm welcome. The introduction to the car was clear and I was very satisfied with the test drive. Our discussion over trade in for my car was straightforward and we quickly agreed a sale. When I went to collect the car a week later the welcome was just as warm, including coffee, paperwork was completed quickly and then I was given the keys. There was no "wave goodbye and thankyou for the business", Ben gave me a very thorough run through to all the bells and whistles for my Kia Stonic GT line-S to ensure I had a safe and comfortable drive home. Top marks to Ben and Dover Garage.

Love my new Sportage, could not be happier with it! Have a new Sportage from KIA and I absolutely love it! Would recommend to everyone as they have really stepped up with design and technology from my first version which was only 3 years old! Matthew at Ash garage was fab too, he was so helpful and kept me informed of its progress in being built and made recommendations that I hadn’t thought of! 5 stars!!!
